The TRANSFORMATION begins..

This 18-year-old apartment boasts a solid foundation with pristine white walls and a solid floor plan. By introducing a modern kitchen and implementing subtle yet impactful cosmetic enhancements, this dwelling has been transformed into a stylish haven in the heart of the city.

The kitchen was demolished into a streamlined and functional all white clean aesthetic. The pantry and fridge cabinetry was moved back in line with the rest of the cabinetry wall, creating a straight line between the island. The island was also extended a few inches which makes the kitchen appear larger.
Soft close everything, push to open draws wherever possible, and finally a functional pantry. The real winner for this kitchen was adding so much useable storage into this small space.

Keeping a neat aesthetic, a single large undermount sink was used, alongside all black glass gas cook top and oven. The use of a mirror as a splash back adjacent to a window reflects the light and expands the space.

Completing this open plan living space, the floors were replaced through out. Timber floorboards in a bright oak, with high skirting boards to finish. Bedrooms floors were replaced with plush textured loop pile carpet.
